4 Investment Plans & Returns

Monvetra Shares offers a variety of investment plans with stated daily return rates. By investing in any plan, you acknowledge:

• Returns are generated through algorithmic trading, real estate investments, and cryptocurrency arbitrage.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Stated return rates represent expected yields under normal market conditions.
• Investments are subject to market fluctuations and inherent risk.
• Plans have specified minimum and maximum investment amounts as disclosed on the Plans page.
• Returns begin accruing from the moment your investment is confirmed.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to the Monvetra Shares platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made through approved payment methods listed on our platform.
• Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the selected investment plan.
• Deposits are non-refundable once an investment plan has been activated.
• Monvetra Shares is not responsible for failed or delayed deposits caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits are processed in USD. Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the investor.
• You must ensure that all funds deposited are from legal, legitimate sources.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following policies:

• Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard.
• Processing time is typically within 1–24 hours of the request submission.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved.

7 Referral Program

Monvetra Shares operates a referral program that allows existing investors to earn commissions by referring new users. Terms of the referral program include:

• Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user makes their first qualifying investment.
• Referral commission rates range from 5% to 25% depending on the investor's current plan tier.
• Self-referrals (using multiple accounts to refer oneself) are strictly prohibited.

• Referral bonuses are credited to your account wallet and are withdrawable under standard withdrawal terms.

• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage or circumvent limits.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime.
• Sharing false information or impersonating other users or Monvetra Shares staff.
• Engaging in market manipulation or any activity designed to defraud other users.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

9 Risk Disclosure

Investing involves risk. By using Monvetra Shares, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Market Risk: Investment values may fluctuate due to changes in market conditions.
• Liquidity Risk: Investments may not always be convertible to cash immediately.
• Technology Risk: Platform downtime or technical issues may affect access to your account.
• Regulatory Risk: Changes in regulations may impact the availability of certain services.
• Currency Risk: Exchange rate fluctuations may affect returns for non-USD investors.

12 Account Termination

Monvetra Shares reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or use.
• Inactivity for an extended period (180 days or more).

Upon termination, all pending investments will be settled and any remaining balance (minus applicable fees) will be returned to the investor within 30 business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
